The RUNI SK370 is a heavy-duty EPS compactor. It is specifically designed for recycling expanded polystyrene (Styrofoam). The machine easily crushes and densifies bulky foam blocks. It drastically reduces the material volume by up to 50:1. This completely eliminates the high cost of transporting empty air. The compacted EPS blocks are extremely dense and ready for recycling. It is an essential tool for logistics centers and fish processing plants.
The RUNI SK370 screw press can compact EPS at a ratio of 50:1. The density of the compacted blocks of EPS, EPP and XPS is approx. 350 kg/m3 and 600 – 750 kg/m3 for EPE. The compressed blocks can be stacked on a pallet and sold for recycling.
